PeterFige.com has adopted this privacy policy to explain how the Salsa Anywhere app and it's supporting web services ("the app") collects, stores, and uses the information collected in connection with the app.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at reasonable times. We will notify of changes with after update messages in the app, and feel free to review this policy frequently. Your continued use of the app will signify your acceptance of the changes to this privacy policy.

For purposes of this privacy policy, “non-personal data” means information that does not directly identify you.

The app may use tools or third party software to automatically collect and use certain non-personal data that does not directly enable the app to identify you.

The app uses non-personal data to provide some of it's services (for example syncing between devices, giving video recommendations) and to improve the app and the content offering. All non-personal data is stored in a way that makes it technically impossible to identify you.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your non-personal data to third parties. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our databases.

For purposes of this privacy policy, “personal data” means personally identifiable information that specifically identifies you as an individual. For example your email address is personal data.

The app never stores, uploads or processes your personal information without your express permission.

When you give permission to the app to use your personal data (for example when unlocking videos with your email address) the app only uses your personal data to the extent of that explicit permission.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our databases.

We do not use or collect your geographic location.

The app retains the data collected pursuant to this privacy policy for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Thereafter if the collected data is no longer needed for purposes specified in this privacy policy, the app deletes all aforementioned data in its possession within a reasonable timeframe.

If you did use the unlock with email feature, than we store your email address, but nothing else. If you did not use the unlock with email feature, than we do not store any personally identifiable information on you.

If you do not want us to store your email address (in case you entered it in the app), please write us at info@peterfige.com and we will remove your email from our database.

Information we collect is stored and processed in Germany.
